Man the Mast - crate stacking
Stack up the crates, climb to the top, your shipmates, hand you more crates to build the "mast" higher. See how high you can go without it all falling down. Don't worry, they have helmets on, and are belayed in an abseiling harness, so no one will hit the deck.

Canoe Battleships
Take 20 to 30 Kids at a time, split them into teams, put them in canoes and kayaks, throw in a few simple rules - Cruisers try and Sink the battleship (not literally, just throw in a ball, as they try and get away), Frigates pick up the ball and pass it to the Cruisers, no sinking each other, splashing allowed, and if you capsize, take your ship back to shore to get in. Add in some ever vigilant leaders in Kayak, scattered around the playing area, to adjudicate, keep score, and assist in rescue if necessary - sounds simple enough. ----- MAYHEM and good fun !!!!!!!
